NRTCTA Mission |

The NRTCTA is a powerful
trust of the most progressive tax collecting officials in
the country. Our prevailing organizational philosophy is
based in the following: |

almost 50% of the total number of tax collecting
jurisdictions in the country are located in the northeast
region from Maryland to Maine |
| |

the structure of local government makes many of us the
primary decision makers for the good of our office and
constituency |
| |

the limited resources of local government require us to be
the most knowledgeable, dedicated and innovative group of
tax collecting officials in the country |

Since being founded in 1989, the
NRTCTA mission has remained the same...to provide long term
leadership, education and camaraderie to its members and
therefore, support the professional and personal growth of
the individual. |
