THERE IS A $100 SURCHARGE if you are NOT a dues paying member of NRTCTA. Add $100 to amounts below.
SUNDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY: 3 nights lodging plus all meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, scenic dinner cruise on Lake George on Sunday afternoon / evening, and reception on Tuesday evening )
Plan A: Single Occupancy, member, entire conference $595 per
person (1 member only in the room)
Plan B: Double Occupancy, member, entire conference $400 per person (2 members sharing a room)
Plan C: Non member guest, sharing room with member $200 per person (ex., for your spouse accompanying you; you [member] are Plan A & your spouse is Plan C. All conference meals & functions included for both of you under Plan A and Plan C)
COMMUTER PLAN: Monday or Tuesday – 1 day only
Breakfast & lunch included that day. Specify day.
Note if you are commuting and using Plan D and you bring your spouse for the one night, you will need to
pay $55 for your spouse’s meals that day.
OFF SITE COMMUTER PLAN: meals only
Plan E: No lodging, member. All conference meals
(3 breakfasts, 3 lunches) included $250 per person
ADDITIONAL NIGHT’S LODGING: $125 per night
Reservations, faxed or mailed, must be made directly with NRTCTA by Friday, July
25, 2008 to take advantage of the group rate. Space cannot be guaranteed after
that date. For
additional nights’ lodging, we will contact the hotel on your behalf to reserve
your room; however, PAYMENTS for additional nights will be your own
responsibility and cannot be made through NRTCTA. There is a modest charge for
children’s meals. NO REFUNDS AFTER Friday, July 28, 2008.
